Now comes the Defendant, Harlow Cuadra, by and through his Attorney Paul J. Walker and submits the following Concise Statement of Matters Complained on Appeal:

1. The Trial Court erred in denying the Defendant's Motion to Suppress electronically recorded oral statements and conversations at Crabcatcher's Restaurant in La Hoya, California in April 27, 2007.

2. The Trial Court erred in denying the Defendant's Motion to Suppress electronically recorded oral statements and conversations at Black Beach, San Diego, California on April 28, 2007.

3. The Trial Court erred in denying the Defendant's Motion to Suppress physical evidence seized from the Defendant's residence at 1028 Stratem Court, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

4. The Trial Court erred in denying the Defendant's Motion to Suppress physical evidence seized regarding Defendant's e-mail accounts.

5. The Trial Court erred in allowing gruesome photographs into evidence which served no purpose.
