The Bordello is Finally Sold!


After months and months of being on the market... the house at 1028 Stratem Court... the same one convicted murder's Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes once owned... has finally sold.

While the banks where asking for $365,000 back in September 2009... they wound up getting $377,000. It's apparently been "under contract" since late October.

The home was sold to Enriquez D. Veronique on 12/10/2009.

    Let's see, so the bank ate about $150g on the mortgage package if I remember correctly.
    Nice to see that it finally sold and is off the market.

    Immediately, disinfect those walls, floors & counter-tops from left-over Cum Stains.

    Throw away that infamous hot-tub instead of attempting to drain & clean it.

    Instead of soap-scum residue around its top edge, I keep envisioning a residue of Cum-Scum.
