There were court papers signed yesterday by Luzerne County judge Thomas Burke allowing more than $4,000 to be paid to an investigation agency for Joseph Kerekes' case.
So it would appear, that he will also be the judge taking over Harlow Cuadra's appeal.
So everything is apparently being cleaned up prior to a formal appeal hearing. I suppose the State is picking up the bill for the invoice. I doubt Joe has any credit available.

Yeah... the State's going to pay for it. Otherwise, based on inmate salaries... the company will probably be out of business by the time Joe could pay it off. :)
