Well here's some additional information... Renee Martin also owns boybatter.com... if you're not .net savy it probably won't mean a hill of beans... but I'll be more than happy to give you an annoymous quote from somebody that's been directly affected:

Things that make you go hmm... again.
At the time of the quote, there was no viable company and no assets. That was the root of the J&H desperation, no company, no assets, and a ton of debt. If Renee saw value there, then she is a fool, which would be no surprize.

Maybe somebody can explain what Rene gets out of this, other than paying for the domains.
