This blog is basically an archive of the trial news, facts, and opinions related to convicted murderers Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes for their brutal slaying of Bryan Kocis in his rural Pennsylvania home. Harlow and Joe are currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole. I will continue to update this blog for the duration of Harlow Cuadra's plea for a new trial.
( Most of the original trial content has been removed - it's in the book. )

Price Reduced!
Seems that Harlow and Joe's former house at 1028 Stratem Court is having some trouble selling. The asking price has now been reduced from $415,000 to $399,000.
Since the foreclosure price was $573 plus, which I assume was mostly what was owed on the mortgage, the banks are going to take a serious beating on this one. Property values are dropping almost everywhere, though, so it was to be expected.
As I said, not a sou over $350k.
