This blog is basically an archive of the trial news, facts, and opinions related to convicted murderers Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes for their brutal slaying of Bryan Kocis in his rural Pennsylvania home. Harlow and Joe are currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole. I will continue to update this blog for the duration of Harlow Cuadra's plea for a new trial.

Many years have now passed, so it's time for me to ask you, seriously, what do you think of the conclusions of the jury? Do you think that Harlow was really guilty? I know that some jurors stated that had Harlow not taken the stand, he might have walked. Were the prosecutors right in accusing him of being the perpetrator, along with Joe, of the murder? Harlow is judicially guilty, but was it also factually guilty, regardless of the verdict?
