Update @ 07/20/2010: I probably should have clarified this earlier... but... this isn't Harlow Cuadra's actual appeal that's being decided, but rather the court has received all they need, and they've appointed the three judges listed below to review the appeal and consider the merits.

Harlow Cuadra is currently serving a double-life sentence for the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis. His co-defendant Joseph Kerekes, pleaded guilty in December 2008 to second-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison.
