According to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania... Harlow Cuadra's attorney was ordered to file the "Original Record" by today.

Harlow and Joe are currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole. I will continue to update this blog for the duration of Harlow Cuadra's plea for a new trial.
Well, either the new conflict attorney is no faster than the old attorneys or the document is sitting on a desk waiting for a rubber date stamp.

What's the point of deadlines if people ignore them. For a lot of people missing deadlines seems to be SOP. They become used to getting away with it. Not always, though, like all those who will scrambling when they lose TV on Friday. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Pizzaman, this is a week past due for a document that should have been prepared weeks ago and laying on a desk.
ReplyDeleteSo much for speedy trials and appeals, this may go on for another month before anyone decides to do anything.
