Harlow Tries Again...

After having his appeal denied by the Superior Court of Pennsylvania on October 14th, convicted murderer Harlow Cuadra has now filed an appeal with the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Something tells me that he'll get the same answer... No!

  1. Harlow will keep taking his appeal to the next higher Court until exhausting the State level.

Then he'll start with the Federal Appellate system.

Eventually, leading all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

  2. Just out of curosity, is this a self generated appeal or is a lawyer being paid to file it?
Sort of wonder if the money well is still operating.

Fannick is still representing him, doubt he's working for free.

  4. I bet Fannick is working for free, can't believe for a milli-second that anyone would contribute.
